About the Role
We are actively seeking an experienced Testing and Validation Engineer with a specialization in electric two-wheelers. The role involves comprehensive planning and execution of vehicle and component-level testing, including durability, strain gauging, and failure analysis.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Full Vehicle Road Load Data Acquisition: Conduct comprehensive road load data acquisition for electric two-wheelers using various types of sensors like Strain Gauge, Accelerometer, LVDT, etc.
Fixture and Test Setup Design: Prepare and design fixtures and test setups for both static and dynamic data acquisition testing.
Strain Gauging: Perform strain gauging for structural components like chassis, swing arm, etc.
Failure Analysis: Conduct failure analysis for structural components such as swing arm and chassis.
Data Acquisition and Post-Processing: Proficiency in acquisition and post processing of ride metrics and auxiliary data related to test procedures.
Report Preparation: Document all test procedures, findings, and recommendations in detailed reports.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless testing and validation processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Testing and Validation Department as a Durability Engineer.
Strong skills in the following areas:
