About the Role
As a Product Manager in our software development division, you will be instrumental in managing the development of software products for vehicle, HMI, fleet management, energy network amongst other areas. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design and marketing teams to ensure successful product outcomes. This role requires a strong technical background in computer sciences and the ability to synthesize user needs into high-impact product features.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and articulate compelling product visions and strategies.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Define and prioritize product initiatives based on business and customer impact.
Roadmap Planning:
Create and maintain a product roadmap, aligning short-term goals with long-term objectives.
Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders.
Feature Definition:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user journeys.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that product designs meet user needs and create engaging user experiences.
Product Development Oversight:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring there is clarity in communication and alignment in goals.
Oversee the product development lifecycle; ensure that products meet quality standards.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Plan and execute product soft/pilot launches to test products on ground.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Analyze product usage and performance data to evaluate the success of product features and identify areas for improvement.
Lead post-launch reviews and iterate on feedback to enhance product features.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science. or a related field.
Knowledge and experience in embedded systems will be a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, developing software and app products from conception to launch.
Strong understanding of software and app development methodologies and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Background in software engineering or product design.
Familiarity with user research and user-centered design principles.
Proficient with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
